The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilidd reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jilidd is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilidd account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:
jilidd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

jilidd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods, which are compliant with Philippine payment regulations:

jilidd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination for breach, jilidd reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud is established, any real-money balances in the account. Legitimate real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the completion of any investigation.
You may request the closure of your jilidd account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to jilidd's support team with the subject line "Formal Complaint," including your registered account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. jilidd will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours.
jilidd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilidd will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
